Sweden’s Linus Eklow has changed his style more times than Lady Gaga has costume changes in a week. But he’s no bandwagon-jumping, short-attention-span-having attention-seeker – more one to stay ahead of the crowds and do it in some style. From his early jacking house days through his period of big-riffed euphoric electro house, through massive quirky tracks like The Big Kazoo on Dirtybird and into the banging noisy madness of his current work with the likes of Slagsmalsklubben. Most importantly, he always does it with much aplomb, and you could never accuse his work of being boring. It’s hyperactive, charismatic, colourful, energy-packed stuff.
